Elite Nurse Partners
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
Elite Nurse Partners (ENP) respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with applicable Australian privacy law, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply. This policy explains how ENP handles information through its website, enquiries, bookings and business-to-business outreach. WK Digital provides and supports technology used by ENP, including the Connect platform.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with ENP, we may collect:
- your name, professional role, organisation, business email address and phone number;
- information and preferences you include in an enquiry, callback request or booking;
- for professional outreach, business contact details and relevant role or organisation information obtained from public business sources, together with the source and date checked, campaign notes and communication history;
- campaign delivery and interaction information, including whether a campaign email was accepted or delivered, an individual campaign link was clicked, and an opt-out was requested;
- when recipient-level website activity tracking is enabled, the pages visited on the ENP site and broad CTA categories clicked after using an individual campaign link; and
- technical information generated when the website or platform is used, such as request time, page path, browser/device information and security or performance logs.
Please do not include sensitive personal information in a general enquiry unless it is necessary and you are comfortable providing it.
How we use information
ENP uses information to respond to enquiries, arrange and manage bookings, provide information about its services, maintain business relationships, understand whether relevant business outreach is useful, honour opt-out requests, improve the website and meet legal or security requirements.
ENP may send relevant business-to-business information about its aged-care workforce services to professional contacts where permitted by law. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. If you opt out, ENP will stop further marketing emails to that address and keep the minimum suppression information needed to honour your request.
Campaign links, website activity and analytics
Some campaign emails use a unique first-party link reference. When clicked, the reference allows ENP to associate that click with the relevant campaign contact record in its Connect system. If recipient-level website activity tracking is enabled for that campaign, a temporary reference is held in your browser session so ENP can associate page views and broad CTA interactions on the ENP website with that same campaign record. The reference is removed from the visible page URL before Google Analytics is configured.
ENP uses Google Analytics 4 for website measurement. Names and email addresses are not sent to Google Analytics. Analytics reports are used to understand site use in aggregate. Cloudflare may process standard connection and performance information, including IP address and request details, to provide DNS, delivery, security and performance services. Your browser settings can restrict cookies or session storage, although some site functions may then be limited.
When information is shared
ENP does not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers only as needed to operate the service, including:
- WK Digital and Connect: technology, website and contact-management support;
- Vultr: hosting for the website and Connect platform;
- Cloudflare: domain, network delivery, security and performance services;
- Resend: campaign email delivery and delivery-event reporting;
- Google Analytics: aggregate website measurement; and
- Cal.com: appointment scheduling when you use an ENP booking link.
These providers may process information in Australia or other countries, depending on their service and configuration. Their own privacy terms also apply to their handling of information.
Storage, security and retention
ENP and its technology providers use administrative, technical and physical safeguards intended to protect information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, to maintain a business relationship, or to meet legal obligations. A limited suppression record may be retained so an opt-out can be respected. Retention periods can vary by record type and provider.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or contact ENP to request access to or correction or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal requirements. You may also complain to ENP about how information has been handled. If you are not satisfied with ENP's response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
